Emergency Management Institute Annual Reports

Each year the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) compiles an Annual Report of significant accomplishments from the prior year. While this report is not intended to be reflective of all accomplishments of the institute with all stakeholders during the performance year; it is intended to be reflective of the national impact of our major programs for that period. This report is intended to also meet requirements of the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) (Pub.L. 103–62), 1993, and assess EMI’s performance management against the major program areas and priorities of our headquarters program offices and state, local, territorial and tribal emergency management program offices
