We are pleased to announce upcoming offerings of the E0363: Multi-Hazard Emergency Management for Higher Education course through the National Disaster and Emergency Management University (NDEMU). This course is designed to focus on strengthening emergency management capabilities with higher education institutions.

    July 20-23, 2026, AND August 17-20, 2026

Course Overview

Participants will engage in facilitated discussions and hands-on activities to identify hazards, assess risks, and develop or enhance campus emergency operations plans. These offerings are designed to provide participants with the opportunity to begin training as qualified instructors for this course. Feedback on course content will be collected during these sessions.

Who Should Attend

This course is intended for personnel from institutions of higher education and their community emergency management partners who have responsibilities for creating, reviewing, implementing,

and exercising emergency operations plans for campuses.

The application process requires supervisory approval through email verification.
