Enhancements to the new EMI Learning Management System were identified during the testing period. The implementation of these enhancements is necessary to support the best student experience.

The previously shared system outage dates are now schedule for later in the summer to allow for these enhancements to the system.

Exact dates have not been determined and plenty of notice will be given once they have been set.

There is Still Time to Prepare

It is extremely important to complete the following steps to ensure your student information is accurate. Completing this action will help ensure a successful migration of your student data

  1. Verify Your FEMA SID Information

    Sign in to your FEMA SID account at:

    • FEMA Student Identification (SID) System
    • Click Edit Profile, and verify the accuracy of your account information (email address, personal info., etc.)
    • There are Self-help actions and FAQs available to assist you on the FEMA SID site
  2. Get a Copy of Your Transcript

    Request a copy of your Student Transcript (Independent Study only)

  3. Verify your Transcript

    • Review your transcript for accuracy
    • Make inquires for any corrections with the Independent Study Program before the new system goes live
