The Federal Emergency Management Agency continues to monitor the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as it relates to COVID-19.   • Discuss the steps you can take to ensure your clients have adequate flood coverage
  • Explain the steps of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) claims process to your clients
  • Prepare to act as an advocate on behalf of your clients
