IS-100.HE Introduction to the Incident Command System, ICS-100, for Higher Education

FINAL EXAM: To obtain a copy of the IS 100.HE final exam for group training, you must call the Independent Study Office at 301-447-1200 during normal business hours and a copy will be sent to you via US Postal Service. Please allow adequate time for the delivery of the exam prior to your training class.
Students will need to place their answers on OpScan Answer Sheet forms (click here to order forms), complete the Independent Study Delivery Processing Form (available here: http://training.fema.gov/IS/docs/Group Training Delivery Processing Form.pdf) and mail the forms along with a single copy of the exam given to the IS Office for scoring.. You may also request OpScan Answer Sheets and download a copy of the IS Delivery Processing Form by visiting training.fema.gov, clicking on FEMA Independent Study and then clicking on OpScan Request Form in the Important Notices box on the right hand side of the page.
