Certified Emergency Manager Program
EMI endorses the Certified Emergency Manager® (CEM®) program, which is administered by the International Association of Emergency Managers.
The purpose of this program is to raise and maintain professional standards and certify individuals who have demonstrated basic competencies in the emergency management profession.
