Independent Study Program (ISP)

The Independent Study Program is currently out of stock for the OpScan Answer Sheet forms (95-23). Once the program receives stock we will update this page and you will be able to resume ordering Opscan Answer Sheets.

In the meantime, you are welcome to submit your final exam answers via the online format. Please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Proceed to our ISP course list and select your course from the list.
  2. Review the course materials by choosing any one of the options in the “Take This Course” box on the right-hand side of the page.
  3. Submit your final exam online.  Click the link at the end of the course or return to the IS Course list, select your course and click on the “Take Final Exam” link in the box. You will be enrolled in the course when you submit your final exam answers online.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation within 1-2 business days for the course.  If you passed the course, this email will contain a link to your certificate. Please be sure to add our email address, Independent.Study@DHS.gov, to your contacts/allowed senders list to ensure that our email is not interpreted as SPAM.

If you have forms and would like to submit exams, please include a copy of the exam given and the Group Delivery Processing Sheet with your submission.

Please note that only Form 95-23 will be accepted.  Forms 95-9 and 95-9a were discontinued on October 31, 2009.
